Note for Administrators : You are not allowed to give someone more refund than mention above, If you will, you can be striked/fired/demoted.
Reminder : Also anyone who will make someone a helper, Famed or give them any sort of advantage will be fired.

About factions no invitation and if there is no leader you need to talk to the faction moderator.

I have assigned Tyler and Robert Mueller as gang scouts, Talk to them if you think you can lead a gang but better make an app.
